Elizabeth's early life was marked by a deeply dysfunctional and neglectful home, with her mother's severe mental illness rendering her unable to provide the care and support a child needed. Living with her sick grandmother, who was battling diabetes and had just undergone a leg amputation, Elizabeth faced an upbringing devoid of nurturing and love, forced to navigate the challenges of childhood all on her own.

Bearing the scars of emotional neglect, Elizabeth also had to endure physical torment at the hands of bullies. At the tender age of 13, she faced a harrowing attack by a group of bullies, suffering immensely at their hands. Additionally, she experienced the unimaginable horror of being kidnapped and taken into the mountains, yet her indomitable spirit allowed her to survive this traumatic ordeal.

As fate continued to test her resilience, Elizabeth found herself in foster care at 15, following her grandmother's passing. The conditions in the foster care system were less than ideal, but she summoned her strength and, at 16, emancipated herself, stepping into an uncertain world all alone. Living in a gang-infested area, she learned to rely on her inner strength to overcome fear and uncertainty, emerging as a survivor yet again.

Despite facing numerous obstacles, Elizabeth remained committed to her personal growth and pursued her education. After facing challenges in high school, she ultimately attained her GED. At the age of 29, with unwavering determination, she took her first steps toward higher education, eventually graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA from a local Community College. She then went on to the University of Iowa for Interdisciplinary Science/Coaching.

She overcame the burden of shame and embraced her journey as a testament to survival, not weakness.

In her professional endeavors, Elizabeth's exceptional talent and expertise in coaching and personal development led her to the pinnacle of success. As the Chief of Client Success and Coach of Coaches for Contact Mapping, she crafted a highly successful certified coach training program and developed an empowering coaching program.
